As someone who lives in Toronto and watches all his games, no you are not confident he can rebound. He has been downright awful. Worse than the 3 goalies the Sabres have. Washington punted him for a reason and now the Leafs do too. If you want awful goaltending then keep Comrie and save the money.

With the way this season has played out the fact that they have a chance to win a game next week and win the division is quite remarkable. Lets Fo Buffalo!

Before they start selling off young pieces to bring in vets they need to figure out who they are, what their identity is and what system they want to play to be successful. Then they can start targeting players that fit into that. Right now it is an unorganized mess.

Strabek has had a very good tournament up to this point. Kid has all the tools you would want. Hopefully he continues to develop. Strabek and Komarov are two big RHD who have pro potential.

If Rochester also wasn’t playing horribly maybe this is significant. Hope Donny is OK, hope his brother is OK. For those of you looking at changing coaches, this would be it. Appert or Ellis. Not a vet NHL coach with a history of success and accountability. Be careful of what you wish for.

The answer is a resounding yes but the chances of it happening are minimal. The biggest problem with this organization is a lack of successful experience from top to bottom. This love of inexperience has buried them. Lack of experience at the GM position, Coaching staff, roster. They have whiffed of free agents, Adams has refused to move off this plan of building from within with all the kids. The coaching staff is made up of first time head coach, coaches from the ECHL, a non coach (Ellis) and a middling D coach.

I would say Adams and Granato are digging their own graves but I see no way Pegula gets rid of Adams. why don’t they just put VO and Comrie on waivers and pray someone takes them. The mismanagement of the roster is eye opening.

No, if this goes the way it looks like it is going to go the rest of this season the Sabres will be forced to make some changes because when they see the season ticket sales for next year they will 💩 themselves.

Probably when Pegula sells. Kevyn is his boy that he trusts. That is not changing. Adams believes in his plan. Terry doesn’t trust experienced NHL people. If this continues to spiral and the fans rebel then maybe Granato gets canned but I have no faith in them bringing in the type of coaching staff they need.
