I think that went over your head. When Quebec traded Lindros to Philly they also agreed to trade him to the NYR as well for a massive package that they liked better. The NHL had to step in and sort it all out. They ruled that the Philly deal was first and valid so Quebec had to take the Philly deal.
-
But only after Adams trades him to the Rangers too and the NHL has to step in and figure it all out.đ

You are going a little over the top. Bedard doesnât have McDavidâs size or skating ability. Putting up points in a truncated crazy WHL season doesnât automatically mean he will be better then McDavid. Letâs see how the next two years go.
-
I really think the Pegulas donât want to take on more money then they have to. Adams wants mainly futures in any trades but that just isnât going to be possible without some money coming back. I think it would cut down on the Vegas deal and rule out the Henrique deal. Koskinen for a year could happen as they do need something in net this season.

Dorofeyev is an offensive winger with top 6 potential. Korczak is a big RHD that plays a tough, physical game and has some offensive potential. Hague is a LHD which they seem to have in spades at the moment. Any of the 3 would be good gets if paired with Krebs in a package.

Poor Evander. His wife doesnât want him. His teammates donât want him. The only people that want him are his bookies.
-
How? All Rangers prospects are untouchable. If they are untouchable for Jack there is no way they are touchable for Smith.đ
-
If Edmonton called and offered Koskinen in net plus a sweetener to take him for his final year under contract, what sweetener would you deem acceptable. 2nd round pick? Koskinen would be an upgrade on Dell for a season.

Let him go to Michigan. Be a big fish on a powerhouse team, play in the WJCs and hopefully a long run in the Frozen Four. He is 18 and needs to grow his game. Starting in the NHL at 19-20 years of age with that critical extra year of development will be huge for him.
-
Apparently the end of season exit interviews were just the players sh*tting on Kane to Doug Wilson.
-
Some did yes, but a lot were not mad to see him go. If he is motivated he can be a force but he never seems motivated for long stretches.
-
Power should be at Michigan this year. Let him play on a powerhouse, play in the WJCs, play in the Frozen Four. He needs development and Michigan is the best option for next season. Throwing him onto this team that won't be competitive at 18 is a big mistake. Take it slow with him and it will payoff down the road.

No it is not. He is a lazy, uninterested player. Boston didn't even make an attempt to bring him back. He is the type of player other team's fans see and think he is big and tough until he is on their team. Ask Boston fans what they think of him.

Live footage of the Kevyn Adams-Peter Fish meeting.

It really started league wide when he was apart of Team North America with all the other young stars. People around the team were shocked with the way he acted. You are probably right. You donât drop it late on a Friday night unless the agent is just doing it to appease the player.

I have been to 4 different Sabres sites to see what fans reaction to the statement is. It has unanimously gone over like a lead balloon. Jack has zero love from the fan base after this stunt.
-
If Peter Fish thinks that this is going to get any sympathy for Jack or shake Kevyn he is mistaken. Give your $10 million back Jack and the Sabres will take less in a deal to make you happy.đ€Ș

A good Rochester signing. Rochester needs to be competitive. Quinn, Peterka, Laaksonan, Weissbach, Pekar, Rousek, UPL need to be in a winning environment.

Is the Russo podcast recent or from before the draft? I remember something similar from him a few weeks ago.
-
What a clown show. Toronto and SJ in the top 5. Embarrassingly bad.
-
I havenât listened to Russo but I wonder if it is just his opinion on what is happening. I mean if you could get Rossi AND Boldy that would be a home run. Taking on salary to make it happen is easy, especially if they are flippable players. That is why I have trouble believing the hang up is taking on money. You canât move $10 million and not expect money back.
-
They must realize that they have to take money back. Fiala is a major talent. Greenway adds what this team is missing. Dumba can easily be flipped. I think the real issue is that Guerin doesn't want to move Rossi and he is a must for Adams in the deal.
