Based on what we know of Ralph, that would seem to be the script. I wish we had a team that could stick up for each other, play with an edge etc. But we don't have that (understatement), but maybe for tonight we get a little aggression, a pulse. I didn't insinuate or advocate for dirty. Playing hard, checking hard and challenging another player to fight is not dirty but that's what the intention was by bringing this guy in. I'd much rather be talking about that new 30 goal scorer, but I don't see that happening

I have no problem with the Sabres (Dalton Smith) going after Cernak or any other Lightning player for that matter (Kucherov deserves a beating too but he won't get it). I hope Dalton goes for it, I really do. Sending a message has been long overdue! It should have been done right away but that is the bugaboo that has followed this team for a long time. However, If they are going to do it, they had better be ready for retaliation and if they don't have the stomach for that, don't do it.

How about this...Hold onto him, he's pretty much untradeable, doing OK in his current role (albeit overpriced). When expansion draft comes up for Seattle, he can be one of the unprotected. Not saying he will be selected but at least you can save somebody you may want to protect.

There is a lot wrong with WGR. The sad thing is that WGR is WNY's one true broadcast media outlet. When is Pegula going to get his head out of his A** and realize he could create his own local sports network like the old Empire Sports Network? They already have some content thats on MSG, its not much of a stretch to include UB Football, Little 4 Basketball, Bisons (They are still an entity aren't they?) and High School Sports. I'm sure its probably not much of a financial winner but Its probably not a huge loser either, Im just saying it would be nice to have that back again.

Agreed, someone should have been run after the Cernak thing. I'm still miffed about Kucherov hit on Sobotka (not that I miss Sobotka) but for crying out loud does anybody on this team want to stop being a doormat?

Well, this is as good a time as any for my first post. Where do we go from here? SOMETHING has to change immediately, can it really continue this way? I can't believe that they let this go on any further without a big shake up. But what to do?
