As a kid back in the 70's.... I always looked forward to the Sabres playing the Washington Capitals, California Golden Seals, Atlanta Flames, Kansas City Scouts, Colorado Rockies, & Cleveland Barons because the Sabres would win big. But after watching the games, I would often pity those opponents thinking how bad it would be to lose like that.......NOW, I REALLY KNOW WHAT THAT IS LIKE..... Its also interesting to note....Of those teams only the Capitals didn't relocate

I don't see how you can fix a defenseman that is poor in 1v1 battles. If he can't poke check it away he's not getting the puck. He doesn't like to play the body. He would be a defensive liability on a good team.

its even more then that. It also goes to the "Favoritism/Bias" calls that are out there Scenario: 50/50 call for an official (Not an obvious call) 1) If you are not a good team (or a popular team) like the Sabres. The call will go against you. We all know the Leafs, Rangers, & Canadiens are getting the benefit of the doubt but the Sabres or Senators are not. 2) Sydney Crosby gets caught up in the turbulence from someone skating past him and falls down.....You are getting a penalty, Does San Reinhart get that call? There are many other examples to illustrate but the point is that it is a game officiated by humans who have opinions and biases.....good luck with changing that

Terry certainly spends a lot of money on his mistakes....(Drill another well ?
