Wow... Speaking of rules changes, I always thought if you knock the net off while defending the net (on purpose which is a penalty rarely called or accidentally) you should be penalized. How about the same rule be applied when icing? No change would be allowed for the offender. If an offensive team knocks it off, they take the faceoff out of the zone to center ice.

So this is interesting. Do you think Boston is messing with their ice? That's one way to slow down a fast team.
