There are young players who actually seem to be improving into the best versions of themselves. Haven’t had that in AGES. That to me is good coaching but, of course, small sample size.
Sending Casey to the AHL was like when Genny got sent to South America in the first season of Gomorrah. Not sure what Casey saw down there but he is a grown man now.
The blue liners drove the offense tonight with help from Mitts and Reino. Several coaches in a row have tried to do this and Granato has so far pulled it off.
