You pay the price to end this mess. It really is that simple. And I don't mean that in an obtuse way. But the longer this environment is allowed to foster, the more ot will be engraved in the young guns habits and mind. You do what you have to do to ensure success. Right now, that's not happening, that's coaching and GM'ing.

Fire the coaching staff, bring in 3 or 4 vets, forwards, d men and a netminder with grizzle to their game, teach the kids how to stand up for themselves. It's obvious they fear their opponents, look what just happened between joki and a preds player.....we all see it, the fear....the fear to engage. It's easy to say "grow some balls" as fans, but when your on a team of fearful teammates, it's freezing them up.

He refuses to trade anything. This is his plan, he believes it needs more time. That's probably the most likely truth. The reality is, we may as well write this season off as well. Just being honest in my view of it, don't shoot the messenger.
