Ullmark played great MODO. It's not the Swede's. They are doing what they are asked to do. It's the forward ranks......specifically the lack of center depth and the coaching.....

Outside of Dahlin losing control (he'll learn) I thought they played the game I expected in the first. This game is very winnable, they just have show they want it.

Every goalie has a game or 3 like this, especially in an 82 game season. The important thing is the win, and my confidence in Ullmark is not shaken one bit. He's our starter.

Ullmark..........they allowed him to slow cook the right way. He's money now. Miller entered the league full time at 25, goalies need that time I'd imagine. But this kid is our starter for awhile.

I'm not overly concerned yet. Many on here before the season started were expecting a wild card bubble team. Well, here we are at the midway point exactly that.

My daughter met him new years eve, he was buying shots for a group. Said he was a real dick, her group had already ordered drinks and he demanded to be served first. Not a fan of someone that's a dick to my daughter.

After Botterill's show of disgust near the end of last season leaving the press box, I have to believe he's got poker's in the fire in an effort to address the issue and get in to the playoffs...…………….at least, I'm more than hoping that's the case. The thing is, when he makes a comment about not giving up one of the 1st's except for a younger player with term, as I browse through the capfriendly pages, looking at each teams roster, it seems so difficult to pinpoint a player of that description that a team may be willing to give up that could be a good fit in Buffalo. Maybe I'm just using the wrong criteria while I'm looking, I don't know...…..I'm using primarily a "finishers" type of player...……..is that wrong? I definitely will be looking at the boards input to see where a search can be enhanced or evaluated differently.
