from what I understand, there was a large contingent from both Winnipeg, Dallas and Anaheim last night. But you are probably correct, with Toronto being home to quite a few scouts, a drive down the QEW to catch a game on a slow night, take some notes, could be a part of the increased numbers.

If you can get a high caliber top 6 RW, you trade him and don't think twice about it. We have plenty of D men to handle the expansion draft, and who says they'll take a D man anyways. They could take a forward or...………...a goalie (looking at Ullmark here)

I watched in the 3rd period as Larry went behind the net in the offensive zone, lose the puck, and that play directly led to the go ahead goal against Buffalo approx. a minute or just over later. I wouldn't call the Larry lines performance tonight "handling the BJ's game". That is a bit of a stretch.
