My friend has one. The pizza is really tasty, but you have to make them extremely small because if the crust gets too close to the edge of the oven it'll burn too fast compared to the middle of the pizza. It's a lot of work and high care due to the high temps involved. Lose sight of what you're doing for 20 seconds and you can ruin the pizza. By the time he makes enough pizza to feed say 6 people, the first ones are definitely cold. I'm not sure if there's a bigger model than my friends. His does look a lot bigger than the actual size of pizza he makes. 4 out of 5 times eating pizza, I'll take a traditional WNY pizza over the Napoli style though. Once in a while the "date night pizza" as my brother calls it is good for a change.

Funny we have this thread on nicknames for our beloved 3rd string goalie. I was actually testing out a new nickname for him and was going to workshop the following ideas with the Sabrespace focus group: 1 Puke-o Pekka Luukkonen 2 Ukko Puke-a Luukkonen 3 Ukko Pekka Puke-onen These are all one 🤮 options... But I also considered the two 🤮 options: 4 Puke-o Puke-a Luukkonen 5 Puke-o Pekka Puke-onen 6 Ukko Puke-a Puke-onen Finally, there's the all in 3 🤮 version of: 7 Puke-o Puke-a Puke-onen Then he rolls a shutout against the Avalanche, and suddenly UPL sounds so much better. 😃

Defense needs to be better. No question. Power is still learning and I expect him to be better by the end of the season. Our young F's are still learning to play on both sides of the puck as well. If we're playing UPL though, we have no chance. He done nothing but suck at the pro level.

Every team has unforced turnovers, but other teams' goalies bail out their defense at a much higher % than UPL. Unless we get help, this is another season in the 💩ter. Good luck retaining our young talent for fair prices.

You missed the point. If we have to roll out UPL on a regular basis, we're doomed.

The stats nerds say UPL was -1.74 goals saved above expected. Comrie was +0.06. I'm calling it... if Comrie is in net, we win this game. UPL is the reason we lost.

UPL is not a viable NHL goalie. He has not shown to be a viable AHL goalie. Comrie is injury prone. Levi an unproven rookie. There's no one on the farm. If KA doesn't at least attempt to make the Sabres look like they're trying to be a legitimate team, it's is going to hurt us when trying to convince the next round of FA's to sign here under fair terms.

Not sure on the Comrie or Levi injury outlook, but Adams has to be shopping for a goalie now, right? 🫣

I think it would make for a better game where if you make a tackle for a safety, it would be worth 3 or 4pts. A team can still concede for two by walking it out the back of the endzone... But the reward for pinning a team and getting the sack should be worth more than what it is now.

The eggheads say there were 3.668 expected goals against. UPL let in 4. By that metric, it was not a good start. By my eye test metric, and his long history of not being an NHL caliber goalie, I'm waiving him when Levi is back.
