I agree. There is no quick fix to this. Even with the right people in charge 4-5 years minimum to become a quality team. It’s that bad. You are lying to yourself if you think otherwise. That means over half of Eichel prime will be wasted.

75% of the roster needs to be turned over. With good drafting and development and good FA signings that will probably take 4-5 years to truly become a mature contender. That is IF we draft and sign the right guys. There is no quick fix to this.

If... and I say even if we somehow hire a genius GM it may take 2-3 years just to get to being competitive. That’s how bad this organization is.
