Rick Dudley and put Gallant behind the bench. Trade Sam or Risto for a 2C and try to sign a top 6 forward and a goalie.

His reason for his latest two trades died before the weekend was over. He is constantly one step behind. Maybe the new kid can be resigned and may have potential as a middle six winger. But the big issue is ROR's shoes still need to be filled albeit two seasons too late now. The maddening search for the 2C goes on. I have no faith.

17 games left and need 11 points just to beat last year. Can we get 6 wins with this schedule? Maybe but I’m not impressed with a 4 or 5 point Improvment... we needed to see at least 12-15 minimal.

This. Nobody should root for losing but it is inevitable with a poorly constructed and talentless team. They need 6 wins out of the last 17 with a brutal schedule just to beat last years points total. They may not make that. Pathetic. No way JBot could be brought back with no improvement in 3 years.

The 70's had electrifying teams. The 80's had some hard working teams that just could not win in the playoffs. The 90's were the best. Several contenders on hard work alone. We had 2 really good years in the 2000's before management disastrous decisions have taken us to an abyss we never really recovered from and there is no end.

Dahlin and Jack are the only untouchables.

The best center we have had since Pat Lafontaine and they are pretty much forcing his hand to get out of dodge because it's life sucking for anyone who is truly competitive to be in this atmosphere.

Me too...but they are, in the 21st century so far, the most inept and poorly run organization in all of pro sports. They are the outlier and poster boy of what a losing culture is.
