Man, everytime I hear House speak I get more excited for this season. I don't know if we're going to make the playoffs but I'm betting on a much more exciting team then we've seen the past 5+ years.

Fair but he had a better ppg then tarasenko last season coming off a devastating injury. He's a better player today and 4 years younger. He just has t been in the league long enough to put up those points. I'd rather a guy get paid on potential (especially on a guy with huge hype that hasn't disappointed) than so many guys who are just paid for past production. LOL. Good to see us back on the same mindset again. I missed ya blue lol.

This. Was just about to start digging into percentage of cap hit per deal. For the record there are few guys on the league I would rather have than jack. Maybe I'm biased but outside of Connor, maybe Austin and sid I'd rather jack.

When were these deals signed? I'm not going to figure out what I should pay for a house based on the price of what the neighbour sold for 4 years ago.

Sounds like mcjesus is going to get 8 years 13+ per. I'm now thinking it'll be atleast 9, maybe 10 per for jack. I just hope this is an 8 year deal.

Ya between the lack of Saturday games, cancellation of prospects game and cheap secondary market, I'm seriously considering skipping the mini pack this year and just buying a couple of games on stub hub.

Speaking of him. Did he even get re-drafted? Some were very concerned about not signing him but I can't find any news on where he was picked? If he wasn't then I presume he can still be signed as an undrafted free agent? For the record, I still don't care either way if he's signed or not. Oh lord.....Maybe I'm just showing my age but I remember (not so) fondly the 'Roy and Tim are 2 top 20 centres in the league. You can't have enough high end centres in your organization. I also agree you can't have too many high end D in your organization. One guy seems to be concensus ranked in the top 6, other guy was ranked by multiple people/services as outside of the top 10. The only mild surprise is the selection was Mittelstadt over Vilardi.

Unfortunately my nephew spent a couple of months there. Unbelievable staff and facilities. All is good with him now. Thanks again. These bets have a much better outcome then one of us having to use a pi equivalent avatar all summer.
