  1. That's exactly what I want to see. It would be like playing half-court but obviously on ice. The playing space would be "bigger" and there would be more action for sure.
  2. I don't know who that was, but that Bruin was pummeled
  3. Oh yeah it functions just fine with the stream, but between the tv I'm casting to and the resolution of the stream itself it is kind of hard for me to follow the puck on the tv. I have no complaints though. Free stream, kicking back and watching the stream on my laptop with a beer in hand
  4. I'm using Chromecast. It's cheap, has a ton of compatible apps, and you can cast your Chrome browser to it. Unfortunately this prospect stream isn't quite good enough to cast to the tv but in general it's been a good setup for me
  5. For anyone not finding the stream, the Sabres tweet has a link to it https://twitter.com/BuffaloSabres/status/906654945797079041
  6. Girlfriend got me a bottle of Jameson Crested on her 10 day venture in Ireland. Anyone have any experiences with this one? I'm excited to try it
  7. Here's a video of the routes developing... Like I suspected, they were 2 high with 3 receivers going deep. Safety reads the receivers inside to out so the safety on Gilmore's side is supposed to take away the receiver down the hash. As the receiver down the hash continues to cross the safety's face, he should pass the receiver off to the other safety. So from my eyes, it was a combination of Gilmore not converting to deep coverage fast enough once he saw no one was staying short in his zone, and the safety on his side not passing off the middle receiver quickly enough to reach the receiver on Gilmore's side. Tyreek Hill is fast as hell so it's easier said than done but it isn't like Gilmore was smoked in man coverage. KC put the defense in a bind by sending more receivers deep than KC could cover. https://twitter.com/BroadcastingBri/status/905986053269463040
  8. To your point, I do have some apprehension about Nylander. As you said, it's not solely coming from tonight, tonight is just bringing back those feelings. And I was a huge fan of him when he was drafted. Maybe I'm being a little impatient with his development, who knows. But I want to see more from him.
  9. A little more jump from our offense. Cleaner o-zone entries too
  10. New England was in 2 deep coverage and Kansas City sent 3 deep (I personally didn't see if there were 3 receivers releasing deep but I read that there were 3) so they had more people deep than defenders. Safety might have been on a deep receiver who was in the middle of the field (as he should be) which would leave Gilmore in a trail technique. From what I can gather it was just a good play call against the coverage NE was in. But I haven't seen an overhead view of the play develop so don't take this as being an account of what happened.
  11. Is it general admission? Normally I would just watch the online feed but I have nothing else going on tonight. Kind of tempted to get my first live taste of hockey this year
  12. Yeah I think it will be a closer game than that...
  13. I most likely will not pick the Bills at all in this. You just know the one time you submit the Bills that it'll come back to bite you
  14. Well I was almost right... I'll give myself half credit for this
  15. That's why I listed it as a surprise ;) I wouldn't expect it to happen of course, but he played deep into the game last night so I thought I would throw it out there.
  16. Name one "surprise" Bills cut when they go down to 53. I'll go with Kevon Seymour. GO!
  17. Last day of the month, had 2 verbal commitments on deals that were supposed to be submitted today. One went silent, the other ended up signing a deal with some cheap competitor. I need beer. Or maybe liquor would be more appropriate.
