I don't know the guy. He hasn't called anyone specific out. He does seem to be the type that could not care less about what others, minus people w/ power in the Sabres franchise, think of him when it comes to hockey.

I'm sure x amount would, but in the end they all want the win. So quite sure Lehner wouldn't care.

Being liked isn't what is important. I assume a good portion of members on this board played a sport(s) when growing up. As you get older and are in a more competitive league, wins have a lot of meaning. During game time, you'll "like" the guy you may despise when away from it all. The want to win is greater than the dislike.

Very true. But the demand is only going to be there for so long. Eventually people will forget about it or simply not want it. Nintendo should be taking advantage of this. Crank out the systems and sell as many possible. Easy money for Nintendo. Yet, it appears as if they are choosing not to go that route. Nintendo should also consider doing an SNES Classic system. Many would purchase that. Imagine classics like Chrono Trigger, Secret of Mana, Super Metroid, A Link to The past, Super Mario World, etc.... all being on one system.

I still can't believe NES Classic is still unable to be found in stores. Figured Nintendo would've had the shelves stocked by now.

For heck of it I ran a simulator 50 times. Buffalo didn't land the 1st pick, but did grab the 2nd pick 5 times.

I just think it's great the Sabres will be in the Winter Classic a second time. May seem pointless to some hockey fans, but many would enjoy having their team in the game. For the Sabres to have their second appearance is very exciting. Place of play isn't going to have an effect on me.

Today's generation is the complete opposite of the one that fought in WWII. The sacrifices they made and the next to no bittching about it sums it up. This is an addition to your answer.

I promised myself I'd only support a tank one time. Obviously pleased with the results. But I'll never pull for Buffalo to lose again.

Even though the Sabres are no longer in contention for a playoff spot, I'm going to enjoy the rest of the season for what it is. Pull for a win each game, get excited when the Sabres score and ticked off when the opponents put one in the net.

Believe WildCard meant Toronto is one year out of the tank/rebuild.

Played it for a while last night. Right now everything I hoped for. REVII is the first horror game to actually cause my hands to sweat, make me a jump or even get my heart racing. It's legit. Heard many were unable to play the game w/ a VR headset. Simply too scary for them.

My bet would be it was a pre-order. Nintendo has already sold roughly 1.5 million.

Did you pick up a screen protector for the Switch? Heard the dock is rather loose and scratches the Switch. I'll be picking up a screen protector when I get a Switch to play it safe.

And Resident EVII it is! Thanks for the info. Just picked it up. Intentionally waiting for it to get dark before I play it. Shortness of this particular title won't bother me. One of the reasons I picked it up actually. I'm currently going through Skyrim, so I like to have a short side game to play when going through a long houred, open world game. The Last Guardian was very tempting, but I haven't played a psychological horror game in years. So it made the decision easier to make. Thanks again for info!

Only way that would ever happen is if Eichel chose to leave Buffalo the day he becomes a UFA. His return would be an ugly one. Eichel will not leave Buffalo. The Sabres are coming together. Murray and company are showing they are trying to build a contender. So can't believe I even wasted 2 seconds of my life thinking about it. And man, another 30 for typing this post.

Yep, there are a few actors I do not support what they do or not do away from the screen. I simply focus on their acting in movie. Not giving my opinion on Affleck's day to day life, but I really enjoy his movies. The Town is one of my favorites. Same goes for Jamie Foxx and Tom Cruise. They delivered in Collateral.

Just thought I'd throw this out there. Glad I didn't see the 1st period. But very happy I caught periods 2 and 3. McCabe scoring beyond early in the 2nd made me keep it on. Even though they were down 3-1 after the goal, really felt like the Sabres were about to take control. And of course they did. Main point of this post is that periods 2 and 3 were arguably the most entertaining of the season. Eichel's feed to Kane on the power play couldn't have been any better. And Kane's finish on that was amongst the elite in my opinion. Took a brief look and then went top shelf. Many may have one timed it or simply threw it at the net. Kane picked a spot and nailed it. The debate of whether or not to re-sign Kane needs to end. Eichel and Kane play very well together. Don't break it up.

Anyone tryout Designated Survivor? Watched it last week for the first time. Seems like a decent show, but I've only seen one episode. Any of you watching/enjoying it?
