As a veteran I have no disrespect for his standing up for his beliefs in fact I admire his courage in doing so. I served during the Vietnam war and it is with regret that we ever got into that war. Wave your flag if you want.

Sorry but I think that's a very small galaxy. While I agree Risto is young and very good I think you are under appreciative of Bogo. I would by no means trade Risto and have said for the right deal I would Bogo but last season he was much better than I think you're giving him credit for. JMO

In spite of your dislike for Bogo name two better defenseman on our team? I think he is clearly last season at least our second best and competitive for our best overall last season.

When referring to "church goers" I would prefer leaving out the word "Christian". I think the two terms are not synonymous. More and more of these self described churches and groups are so far from the teachings of Christ. Loving your neighbor as yourself doesn't imply if your neighbor thinks as you do or worships as you do.

I don't like Sylvester that much but come on Peters is the worst radio since I don't know when. Can't believe he even played he's terrible and thank goodness he is not in anyway making hockey decisions. He couldn't even fight and that supposedly was the only reason he sniffed the NHL. Replace the whole hockey hot line cast then maybe I will think about tuning in. -
Sad thing is today's congress would not pass the civil rights bill in my opinion it would be blocked in congress.

Trump and his band of cohorts have made an international joke of this country. Trump I sincerely believe cares nothing about this country and is in this for ego (narcissistic) and nothing else. He is a despicable person in my opinion. Abusive bully whose silver spoon life has allowed him never to have to answer to anyone and to be able to push his hirelings around. I for one ashamed for this country. I'm a Vietnam era vet who would put my flag away if he ever was elected president.

Wow been leasing for years. As long as I say within mileage drive New car every few years and no repair problems and less than half the payments over six year period. Everybody's situation is different though.

Two major problems. One, our campaign financing. Two, too small congressional districts where in many districts Hitler could be elected depending on his party affiliation. That goes for both parties. We don't need half the districts (congressmen) we have. They no longer have to ride horseback to cast votes. Also with a two year term they do nothing but campaign. The biggest problem in our government is the House of Representatives. For those calling for smaller government this is a good place to shrink it. How many of our House members who want smaller government will offer up their cushy jobs to get the ball rolling? We're waiting to hear from you.

I think that we get so carried away with personalities that we lose sight of the larger picture. Was the only reason to watch the last game to make it a Eichel vs McDavid? I can understand it being an interesting part of that game but should it be the whole event? I'm not criticizing people here. Just asking. I have followed this team since it came into the league and believe me I have experienced the frustration so many of us feel but at the end of the day I'm a Sabres fan of the team itself not individuals or coaches.

Frankly I don't think this team has not been competitive. Also yesterdays trade is relatively insignificant in the whole scheme of things as far as quality of entertainment unless , of course, you're a member of his family. Expectations for this team were too high among some to begin with. Yes, we expected improvement. I think we've seen that. Other teams improving should not have been overlooked in our expectations either.
