    Amerks need to be more aggressive in their zone going at the player with the puck. They’re hanging back like a penalty kill and allowing them time to look for an open player.

    Sloppy D as Utica speeds down the wing and gets behind them. First shot stopped but lack of back check lets them score on rebound. Utica takes their first lead, 4-3 9 min left.

    Tied at 3 after 2. Amerks need to pick up the speed they had in the 1st, eliminate the undisciplined penalties, and stop with the D zone turnovers.

    JJP takes an undisciplined slashing penalty, and Utica’s 5th best PP ties it up 3-3.

    And Utica scores twice within a minute to tie it up. Amerks have been stuck in their zone all period. All the momentum is with Utica now.
