The play he made where he pulled it back instead of dumping it in during a change allowed us to keep possession. Plays like that pay dividends down the road.

His lack of foot speed is terminal.

Risto is gonna be on life support by Christmas at this pace. We need Bogo desperately.

He has great chemistry with Jake. Maybe the Rochester thing has some merit

The play Pysyk made in the corner on the dump was beautiful. He is a keeper.

Revisiting one burning question about Terry — why did he buy the Sabres?
3putt replied to PASabreFan's topic in The Aud Club
A large portion of the Pegula fortune came from East Resources, the company he sold. He and Kim own a considerable portfolio of leaseholdings and mineral rights in shale gas/oil areas throughout North America but largely concentrated in and adjacent to the Marcellus Shale formation. Similar assets were sold to generate the proceeds for the purchase of the Bills. The vast majority of the value of these holdings derives from the energy potential they have. So indirectly yes. -
Reinhart: Fewer minutes in NHL or more minutes in AHL?
3putt replied to pi2000's topic in The Aud Club
Disagree with this. Learning to play with NHL players is the most important aspect. He has played in all those situations; pk,pp etc., He excelled at the WJC's in those areas. Doing so against the AHL players is less valuable than being part of the big club and learning what it takes to play consistently at that level. The practice time alone at this level is invaluable. -
I thought he bought a Jeep? He said that was to be his first purchase. My Jeep system blows. I would rather use my earpeice, with voice commands.

So according to D4rk's hypothesis, the Yotes and Ducks are evenly matched? Interesting.

He has played really well the last two games. I think his run here and working with the Goalie Whisperer really helped his confidence.

The Flyers playing the Hawks tough. I have to admit that the Flyers don't look that bad. If they weren't in cap hell with those dumb contracts they might actually be good. Defense is not very good, but Neuvirth looking solid.

Why does this bother you so much? I mean Jack is here and isn't going anywhere anytime soon. Enjoy it Think the fans in Detroit aren't drooling over Larkin? The Peg Ehlers? The Rags fans? McDavid will be a superstar. But so will Jack. Relax. Enjoy. Let it go. The media has a vested interest in promoting McDavid, it is easy journalism. The season will play out and we will see where the chips fall. In the meantime we get to watch this kid in Blue and Gold all season. The US NTDP has a lot to do with his readiness. They learn how to train. They focus on skill development and they force these kids to grow up fast. The junior model is based on competition. The players are there to win games and fill seats. Not a lot of focus on strength training or skill development. It is more about game play and winning games. College follows that model a bit but they only play on weekends for the most part and can spend more time in the weight rob and skill development.

There would be a national uproar and military reprisal if the Next One was inferred to have done anything ungodlike. The nation would amass along the border and stampede like Khan's hordes into the heartland. It would take minutes to quell the chaos.

Some lived in OP but most lived in East Amherst or Clarence. Not a long trip down 20A/Transit for them. But I think that was why they moved to sabreland and ultimately the Pepsi center in Amherst. Now with Hockeypalooza downtown, I think the trip is longer.

*cough* Not regularly. I think it had to do with the fact that it was an off day between games and the Aud had something scheduled. Leisure Rinks was their home away from home for similar situations.
