I disagree with that. Players need to learn how to win; preparations, practice routines, etc. Building a winning culture is a difficult thing to do. Maybe spine isn't the right choice of words

I can't believe Nelson, Falk, and Fedun are better than Risto and Scandella He's young, cheap, remarkably consistent in getting 40 points every year, despite garbage d-pair, and he's always healthy. Ristolainen is a perfect fit for this team; if he was anywhere else in the league we'd be clamoring about trading RoR for him
