That was a nuts drive. Suh's hot mic was hilarious (and he was right, refs need to blow that dead). Then Sammy with a nice catch on a great throw.
-
I do too. I'm not setting up in the shotgun, though. But Campbell just had some of the worst clock management I've seen in the NFL.
-
Bills lucky it was called a TD on the field. I thought it was clear during live play but they didn't have any clear replays. Back up two possessions. Also, Sammy has a knack for making easy catches look tough.
-
You're reaching. The throw was great. Receiver was two yards behind the corner when he let the ball go. That's a touchback, not a TD.
-
Lol nice try. That throw was about as good as you're going to get.

I actually agree. They should find a new way to do these. They're exciting and clean once every seven billion times (real advanced stat). It's always a stupid concept if you actually want to keep players healthy... Let's put the ball in the air and let both teams run full speed at each other.

There's McCoy's first big one of the year!

This defense is scary good, eh? Good start. :D

Reinhart: Fewer minutes in NHL or more minutes in AHL?
Hoss replied to pi2000's topic in The Aud Club
This has been his best year so far. I want him at center until (or unless) something changes. -
My brain tells me they have to win the next two, but the AFC is really bad so they could probably lose one and still find a way. But I'm not going to bet on it. Gotta win today.

I still remember a lot of people likening him to Patrick Sharp coming up (mainly on this board, not sure if I saw it elsewhere). It's a good problem to have, but I could see him being on the wing long-term if it really works out with our other guys. -
Did anybody say we should/would? I missed something. And I'm also not trading McCabe or a first. Maybe the first if there's a KNOWN top-pairing dman available but I doubt it.

Not too bad. Got beat by Navy but Memphis isn't a good team anyways. Even Paxton Lynch's "bad" games are decent and that's another positive for me. I would absolutely make a move for him at this point.

Wasn't aware of this until now but apparently Patrick Marleau's name has already surfaced on the trading block. He said tonight he hasn't been asked to waive his NMC. It was Andrew Friedman who said this, by the way. Apparently reported that one team is pushing really hard to get a deal done for Marleau but the Sharks haven't asked him to waive his NMC yet. Twitter is thinking it's the Habs, but I don't see anything legitimate on that.

Yeap.

I wish Moulson was Clarke MacArthur.

Loose material is much easier to grab and also easy to get away with grabbing. Tighter material is harder to get a grip on and more obvious if pulled on.
-
Yes. You're correct. But it happens. Constantly.
-
Actually... More form fitting jerseys might actually make sense for this reason.

Their work in the NBA has been atrocious, but I hope it's not a sign of things to come. Let it be as it is plus the tracking. And more royal blue. :)
-
When Adidas takes over the uniforms they plan to use tracking in uniforms. They're going to be implementing the "tech fit" material used in college football which could also mean the NHL will have new form-fitting sweaters (meh, please no).

If you want a chance to see possible top-10 QB Paxton Lynch he's on ESPN2 right now vs Navy.

He dated Elaine.

Fun tv facts: - Bryan Cranston (Walter), Bob Odenkirk (Saul) and Anna Gunn (Skyler) all appeared as love interests of major characters on Seinfeld. - Bob Odenkirk was the second choice behind Steve Carrell in The Office. - Jesse was supposed to die in season one. - Michael Keaton was supposed to play Jack in LOST and was also supposed to die in the first episode. Anybody else got some?
