My condolences :/

I dont care if he won 7 TDF titles with Doping. Thats not the important point for me. For me the disgusting part is that he threw several people under the bus who's lifes where ruined because of lance armstrong. For Example Betsy and Frankie Andreu. They were asked if Lance Armstrong used drugs and they said, when we where with him in the hospital to support him battling cancer he told the doctors he took drugs. After that both were confronted by those people who thought hey they just wanna destroy this icon. Screw Betsy and Frankie... Frankie Andreu lost his job and no company wanted to give him a new one in cycling department for a long long time. They marriage almost went to hell and Betsy Andreu's father didnt talk to her for years because he trusted a liar (Lance Armstrong). And this is just one example. He destroyed so many lives of people who where always telling the truth. And this is something that's not fixed with "Oh I am sorry." And afaik he didnt apologize to those people yet. Only to his livestrong guys and other cyclists. He threw people under the bus who told the truth. So yeah Lance Armstrong F*ck that guy. I dont care if he raised millions for charity. It's a nice thing but doesnt make the things he did acceptable.

Really cool, wondering if Lindy does the same with the Pros next year... I think its a great bounding experience for a team especially with new guys joining.

The problem with a trade is. Sekera has developed. I am still not 100% in love with his play but still.... however Sekera might be the only Defender we have, that really has trade value. So they might try to waive Weber + x instead to keep Sekera.

Looking forward to the summer training camp episode. when they had to get up at 4 am or something like that

Don't forget when Hecht centered Pominville and Vanek, he was a big help for them. He was doing a lot of defensive work that helped pommers and especially vanek...So yeah I can see him center this line at times during a game, however I still prefer him as the 3rd line center. I think with Ott and Leino that would be a fantastic third line. And in addition to that, the players like him as well and know that he is important for the team.

Problem with Miller... He is really good when he is playing like 5 games in 5 nights.

Since Gerbe will miss the start of the season as well as McCormick its gonna be tough to guess lines Foligno-Ennis-Stafford Vanek-Hodgson-Pominville those 2 would be set. If they sign Hecht I can see Hecht centering Pominville and Vanek. Last season they were pretty much our only line scoring. Ott<->Hecht-"Gerbe" would be a nice third line. Ott taking the faceoffs and switching to wing after that.

Just because Grigo was great in the QMJHL and at the World Juniors, doesnt mean he is NHL ready. That's two different kinds of shoes. Hey even players who play "only good" in the juniors can adjust their play to the NHL quicker then the junior superstars. NHL is something different. We will see where he is in the first 5 games.

What he does bring to the team, (if healthy) is PK skill and leadership. And with Hodgson and Ennis on center he would be someone with experience down the middle. and we might dont need to put Leino at Center again... But its a difficult decision. If its a 1y 1,25 mio contract or something like that... Why not edit: wondering if Lindy will talk to Pominville as he saw Hecht in action and might know more about his health status and so on...

In Germany Hecht gave an interview, saying that he will talk to his agent over the next few days looking at his options. Sounds like they wanna talk to Buffalo again, but then again I highly doubt, that they sign him again. Although after 598 games for Buffalo between 2002 and 2012 (playoffs included) it would have been nice to see him somewhere in the organisation in the end.
