    The ratio of dump-ins to carry-ins. Carolina carried it in 53% of the time, we only did so 46% of the time. Also, the asymmetric distribution of dumps vs carries down the roster is something I had hoped people would pick out: our carry-in percentage was largely driven by a few players, whereas their's is fairly consistent even among their secondary players. In fact, they have secondary players carrying it in more frequently than some of our top players. Speaks to coaching and system.

    I'm actually okay with Bailey going down, he's been turd-like for a few games now. But Baptiste should absolutely be up and playing above Deslauriers.

    Totally disagree. Every day Bylsma is coach is, at best, a wasted day of development for the team.

    I hate Bogo, but the guy has wheels. So does Kulikov. Our D has some serious problems, but when healthy, I don't think speed is one of them.

Risto's minutes. ROR's minutes. Eichel/Kane oil/water. It's like he knows what he's supposed to do, but hasn't the slightest idea how to go about doing it. He'll regularly say smart things, but in practice, does things totally contradictory to what he says. It's maddening.

    I can't believe Girgensons dropped that to O'Reilly. Why in the world would you risk such a play on a PK rush? Bleh.

    No, I don't. But he sounded unequivocally supportive. Oh man, I forgot about that whopper. I disagree with your conclusion, however. He sounds like a guy who had no problem identifying the flaws in the previous guy's players and jettisoning them, but now that the roster is mostly his acquisitions, it's not so easy to say the roster is flawed.
