Maybe I'm missing something, but if the Bills are 2 they would host all but AFC Championship. 2 could host 3 if Bills were 3 in the Divisional game, no? Maybe not, I'm not 100% sure on that, but 2 would host all but Championship, if 1 was still in.

If the AFC Championship game was played today ... Bills win. Right now the Bills are playing better than the Chiefs.

Well, since you asked ... 2020 ended just as the rest of the year went ... a good friend of ours (my wife's best friend) passed away on the evening of December 31st. Yesterday we found out the the brother in law of our very good friend (he is like an uncle to us) was diagnosed with agressive lung cancer. So, yay 2021, so far.

While maybe technically within the rules, I agree with @SDS that this trade stinks and pretty clearly violates the spirit of the CBA and the cap rules. I still say it's cheating.

No offense to the OP, but I believe the NO vote is not worded the way I would have. It is clear that the intention by Tampa is not to ice a better team. They are finding a way around their cap problems without making a legit trade. They are trading for two players that will not be playing. It's a joke and the NHL is a joke league. I did vote No, but not because both teams are not icing a better team. I voted No because it is clear what they are doing and I am against it.

I do not think that clear cap circumvention (is that the right word?) should be allowed. If the league had any gumption at all they would nullify this trade. Tampa made their bed let them deal with it in a proper way.
