Well, lucky for you, the Sabres have 5 more games against the Rat and his collection of garbage, including 3 games in 4 days next week.

I’m wondering if it’s more of a problem with the strength and conditioning people the Sabres are employing. Eichel and now Ullmark?

The saddest moment in the game is when they showed him at the very end of the bench, and nobody was talking to him.

I think KA did fine. He did a great job bringing in Hall and Staal, and I don’t think many of us expected them to crap out the way that they did. He got what he could for them. Nobody expected them to land here to begin with.

It’s interesting to watch a team with youth like Cozens, R2, Mitts, Tage, Bjork, Olof, Asplund, Dahlin, Bryson, and Joki plus an AHL goalie and an interim coach play a LOT better than a lineup that had Eichel, McCabe, Staal, Hall, Montour, Lazar, Hutts, and RK as coach.

He’s already better than Hall was after one game, so I’ll take that as a win. Bjork 1 point, no giveaways Hall 0 points, 19 giveaways

It would make him the leading scorer on these current Sabres LOL

Bjork missed two chances in the game to bury a goal. Skinner has at least 2 a game that he misses, so Bjork will be fine.

Laaksonen is coming along nicely as well. It would be nice to see these young stay at home types balance out the offensive D, but they also need a strong vet or 2 to help all of these kids on D.

Idk man. I always thought it was easier to rotate 5 D around if one went down, than spending a game shuffling around 11 forwards all game. Irwin as 7th D had 4 minutes of ice time. I’d have to assume someone like R2 would’ve had more minutes.

I don’t get the strategy of not having 4 full offensive lines. Probably was the difference tonight.
