Probably just a combination of the concussions and that he has never met the expectations of his draft position. Maybe he has reached his ceiling; maybe he needs the right coaches and environment. If he is willing to take a one year two- way contract, why not?

The Devils have Lou Lamoriello. The Sabres have DR. The whole point is that the Devils will almost always be in a better position than the Sabres because Lou has a clue, and DR doesn't.

I'm just saying, the times that I've used a press pass, I've never seen anyone from hockeybuzz up there. Ghost, RCentered is correct. If you have an established blog, you can certainly request a press pass. I would see no reason why SabreSpace wouldn't meet requirements. The team can deny requests if all spots are already full, or if they need the slots for a nationally televised game. Chz is also correct that it is usually more fun to just watch in the normal seats, which is what I normally do. You don't get free food and drinks, but you get to relax and enjoy the game and show emotions.
