It's true I'm undervaluing them, but Nashville got bamboozled, and the fans felt it this year when Gaustad had a bad season. Roy and Connolly were two players that I came to despise so much by just watching the way they played hockey. To think that those three guys could carry us through the playoffs? Ouch.

Da'Rick Rogers is an intriguing pick up. He could've been a 1st or 2nd rounder if he hadn't been kicked out of school. He was passed over 7 times by every team in the draft, a humbling event that put a massive chip on his shoulder. He's big, he's fast, and if he can get his head in the right place he could be the steal of the draft. The Bills are forming a young offensive core: a QB and a bunch of WRs.

Look for a kid with a jew fro, a 25 year old cave man, and a fat old silver haired jew.

Commence backpedaling in 3...2...1... So Tin Man, Party Boy Wah, and Afraid of Lucic Gaustad aren't thin at center? Gaustad is best as a 4th line center and Roy is best as a 3rd (which he is in Vancouver right now) and I haven't thought about Tim Connolly's play since he's been gone and I want to continue that streak.

In addition to the lack of centers, Darcy also does a really bad job of assembling a team with roles. He went into last season with 4 soft scoring wingers (Ennis, Leino, Pommer, Stafford), one badass mofo (Vanek), 1 center, almost entirely left handed defensemen, and a bunch of bottom line throw-ins. Not to mention Grigorenko got the added benefit of playing with John Scott and Hecht for 5 minutes a night while getting booed at. I like Darcy, and I like the moves he's been making, but I can't understand defending the man.

I don't really see what one bad game has to do with his ability to play in the NHL. It's certainly concerning that it's coming in the playoffs.

The season certainly made me apathetic. I try not to spend too much energy being angry about something that's out of my control (and that's supposed to be entertainment).

At some point, fans have to stop looking at the positives at the very end of a lost season and start being miserable. If you don't get the jump on being miserable in the offseason, it may never come to you...

Excited about the offense in the future. No reason not to be optimistic at this point, though. Exciting times for both franchises.

There's been so much roster turnover, it's hard to say it's repeating. But the only reason we had that record was Miller and Enroth playing out of their damn minds. Fun win. Glad to see Marvin and Inky living it up.

They need the extra money to fund Enroth's upcoming coke addiction. He is supposed to be the next starter, right?
