  1. We rolled out a new cloud based computer system for the students called thin client, it has had issues all freaking week and it is starting to get on our nerves. ppl can't log in, they get logged out at random, it is a nightmare. The other day during my night they actually took the machines all offline which pissed ppl off more. They tell us that they are now working properly and there will be no more problems... god I hope so.

  2. I just love the fact he is still an Assistant Captain... I mean he leads by example (nope), he is consistent (nope), he clearly is respected by his teammates (doesn't appear that way but I could be wrong), and he has a no quit attitude (lol) whats not to love about him?

  3. The problem with Darcy is not that he hasn't done this or that when X player is good or bad, the problem with Darcy is faith.

In 2006 at the deadline if Darcy had traded assets like picks and prospects to bring in depth we may have won a stanley cup. He would have had to go on a leap of faith that this team was good enough and rolled the dice. He did not. We did not. That is the problem with Darcy he lacks the faith to gamble with his job and go all in.

Yes I said MAY, I didn't say we would have but we didn't and we lost. Winning a cup takes the balls to be willing to sell the future to win. Darcy lacks that, has lacked that, and will continue to lack that. We look good, even elite, and yet he still is planning for tomorrow, tomorrow.

  4. Has anyone else noticed, that when the puck is in the corners, with Staff waiting at the half wall, and the puck squeaks out towards him, he waits for it. Like waits a long time for the dribbling puck to make it's way to him. He won't take a single stride toward the puck. Inevitably this allows an opposing player enough time to get to him and prevent a clear.

Why does he do this? Is there a hockey reason not to move to the puck?

I have noticed and yes there is a reason why he does this. It is called being lazy.

Did nobody every really walk up to the blueprints from the side and say, "Um, ya know, guys,… maybe we should, um…"

lmao. Reminds me of that HIMYM episode where the guy designs a similar building that is pick

anyways I thought this was pretty awesome of the Coyotes, the player of the game championship belt

  6. What's up, Terry, not a single Mopar? What's with this GM, German and Italian crap?

RIGHT? I mean come on you got out "muscle cars" but missed probably the best ones. Clearly I need to become Pegs personal car shopping guy. Ted Black, I formally request that you hire me at a reasonable salary to be GM of the Sabres and oversee the purchasing of Classic Cars for Mr. Pegula.

  7. Because I can be negative in one of 30 other threads I will say I think this was a really cool video and that it was interesting to see the players interacting with their family. I think we often forget that these are people not just hockey players and that sometimes you need to relax and cut loose. Terry has a nice car collection but he could use some more classic muscle cars, :flirt:

  8. It's snowing like crazy in NYC and we are getting lunch delivered by an excellent Mexican restaurant. Guacamole to start plus a shrimp quesadilla that is a consistent A-plus. Then a big party tonight with a ton of food and booze, plus ladies in cocktail dresses.

This all sounds like a win!

As for me, as soon as I leave work I am going to the local brewery to celebrate a co-workers birthday. 3 hours of drinking and friends. Then it will be dinner time and then out to the fav bar to hopefully talk to some nice young ladies, many of whom will be in dresses. Also its about 55 here right now and crystal clear blue skies... its a good Friday.
