An intriguing idea, but I think it potentially creates a locker room dynamics problems when one is playing noticeably better than the other one or they are both playing well, etc. Does the platoon continue even if performance is uneven between the two? Is it a zero sum game where one player takes playing time from the other as opposed to the "best 12 forwards" approach? If so that creates a difficult dynamic. If one of them sits for an extended period of time development is stunted.

I thought Kincaid looked good, for a rookie, in weeks 1 and 2. Last week was a dud in that respect, but they won by 34 points so it's hard to get riled up. Probably need to give this a little time. I know you know this but it's worth saying that Clifton won't see any PP time, dropping this to 20 minutes per game, which I would think is an expectation for him this year. Nonetheless Clifton with Dahlin as a regular pairing would surprise me too.

I saw Iron Maiden in the Aud in maybe ‘85. The opening act was supposed to be Twisted Sister, but due to a death in the family they cancelled. Talas must have been notified that day and they jumped in and opened up instead.
