  1. Update: In Toronto tonight GM opened and TTB closed. This could change each night. Warren came out at the end of the TTB set and they played Stand Back and ended with A Little Help from my Friends (Joe Cocker arrangement, which they just kill).
  2. FYI the 5 co-headliner shows with Gov't Mule and TTB are all being streamed on Nugs, if you are a subscriber or a member of the TTB fan club. I am going to the Detroit show as seeing the Mule and TTB in the same night is a bucket list item for me. Will also be interesting to see who opens and who closes each night. TTB is doing the alternating open/close thing with Whiskey Myers right now. That's a weird pairing (I saw it in St Louis) but TTB and Gov't Mule is perfect. And yes, I will be shocked if Warren and Derek don't join forces to bring out some ABB tunes each night. I expect for the 6th show they co-headline, later in October in Macon, GA that some of the other brothers like Oteil and Jaimoe may show up as well.
  3. Just saw Keb Mo tonight. He and his band were great as usual. Interesting that it was advertised as Shawn Colvin and Keb Mo but Shawn was actually an opening act of sorts with Keb Mo and his band being her backing band on 4-5 songs in addition to 3 she did solo with acoustic guitar. Then she left the stage and 'Mo played for 1.5 hours.
  4. So in a league-wide basketball tournament made up of each team's defenseman, we just need a point guard? Or is that why Kevyn keeps Bryson around? It would explain it, at least.
  5. I’m in with Gov’t Muel again
  6. Last night it was the Robert Cray Band. Incredibly tight band and Bob is still a master at age 72. His playing and singing is superb. If you have a chance to see them on tour I highly recommend.
  7. Tedeschi Trucks Band this Friday Aug 1st and Saturday Aug 2nd at Red Rocks. One of my favorite weekends of the year.
  8. Live look-in at Kevyn Adam's office
  9. Saw them at Red Rocks last month. Great show. Agree that Kevin Hearn carries more of the load and is very capable of doing so.
  10. I figure they have half a brain between them, but Rivet has the whole half.
  11. It's not so much this, as it is that they are idiots.
  12. So Benson Year 1 could not be in the AHL but after a year in the NHL he would have been eligible to play in the AHL in year 2?
  13. I hear you but I am just looking for Power to use his frame to lean on players in the corners and clear out in front of the net, not to try to be the reincarnation of Chris Pronger. His active avoidance of contact makes him hard for me to even watch without feeling nauseous. I like his offensive game for the most part.
  14. Fixed it for you. But I completely agree with your points here.
  15. Listed at 5'8" 188lbs at NHL.com.
  16. Mason Geertson
  17. He's a great 13th forward. Will still end up playing 65+ games. Edit: I should add a great 13th forward that cost a 2nd round pick.
  18. So 2/3rds of the NAK, Lafferty, Malenstyn revamped 4th line that was supposed to help get the team to the playoffs last year is now off the team one year later. I wonder if Malenstyn gets traded later today.
  19. I bet Buffalo pays the Lyon King more than that on an AAV basis to get him to come to Buffalo to be traded at the deadline for an AHL forward.
