I know, I just can’t believe I am still a season-ticket holder and believe it or not, I am about as upbeat in all aspects in life Tthis team just drives me to the edge because I just want to see my kids see one playoff game before they go to college.

Ok, all my negativity is officially done. I accept my demise and it’s gonna be another year. Just please get a real coach before my son goes to college, it’s too late for my daughter unfortunately.

Just put the lightning tickets up for sale for Tuesday. I really do unfortunately hate this team.

Why does it seem like every other team in the NHL has a goaltender that steals games?

Buffalo will never get the calls until they are actually viewed as a legitimate team. There is no use in complaining about the refs anymore.

Have to win this game as I do not want to see this team at home winless. I could see this season unwind before it even gets going. Absolutely have to get 1st goal tonight and focus on the defensive part our our game.

This is my main issue. I told my kids last night that I hope they just put together an entertaining game, win or lose. My hatred for them boils to the top instantly when you go through 2 full periods on opening night and the loudest cheer in the building was when they showed the Bills players and played the shout song. I mean, come one, it was just an awful showing from top to bottom. To keep doing that at home is a monumental issue that took place all of last year as well. What is the problem?

How do we know that we are not the Oilers East and it’s just the wrong combination of incredible talent. I think we will see some trades of forwards / prospects for defense and goalie sooner than later.

I honestly wonder if that building will ever be loud again. I don’t even remember what it once was like.

Unfortunately, after seeing this team not adapt at all tonight, and trying the same thing over and over, I fully expect them to fall into four and five game losing streaks continually.

That game was just brutal to sit through from start to finish. The crowd was dead and nobody stood out on the Sabres at all. it’s hard to imagine this team as being in the playoff hunt this year but who knows. Leaving once again with 10 minutes to go because my kids were asking to is all too familiar. That will be my last game for a while as it just seems like a total waste of money and time 😞

My crew is geeeeeeard up for this one! I really hope we get off to a fast start and get the crowd into it early. This is a real opportunity to win the fans back right out of the gate. Player intros tonight should be entertaining with the recent signings of contracts.

The 3 teams we need to beat out most likely are Pitt, Tampa or Boston. I just don’t understand the logic of wanting one of those 3 to win any night….ever.

How many points did we miss the playoffs last year? Ohhh yeah, 1. Every game matters in a 12 year playoff drought. Wanting Pitt to win is idiotic.
