In 3 years, the All-Star game starting line-up is going to be comprised of McDavid, Bedard and then a bunch of Sabres.

He looks like and is being described as someone we will love on our team with talent and other players will hate him. I like it a lot.

The reason I also wanted to make that last playoff spot so badly is to see if a few of our forwards could even handle a playoff run. If I had to answer that today, I would say no.Casey and Krebs would be the first two major question marks in this department.

VO would be the tiniest piece of what the Canes would even want. A top 4 Dman is going to require a heck of a lot more than a guy that fans could even care less about being on this team.

This seems like an absolute waste of a roster spot. We don't need players to get to the playoffs, we need players that produce once we are IN the playoffs...ugh.

I have been saying this for a while but get Bertuzzi and trade away someone in the top 6. We need playoff wingers and he would be perfect.

Speed is what advances in this year's playoffs. I don't think Sabres need size, they just have to make sure that the players they have are willing to take it up a notch when the playoffs start. The battles are what is needed every single game in every single series. Teams that don't fight for the puck and take those blocked shots are dead in the water.
