    Let's see, the Habs are coming off a loss to the Yotes and Buffalo beat them in a home and home last 2 meetings. I WILL bet the house on Buff not only losing, but getting hamhocked in the process.

    It will be nice when there is a 10 point cushion so maybe, just maybe a loss will start to feel good again. Until that cushion is reached, keep scraping the barrel.

    He was just on WGR, I absolutely love this guy and have total faith he will get this team through in flying colors. One thing he mentioned is that some of these players like Hodgson (who are in major slumps) probably won't snap out of it until the team is totally revamped. I know that sounds obvious but I heard it as if nobody is really riding these players too hard because the whole team really just sucks that bad. I think we need to look at players like Hodgson and pretty much ignore them until next year....

    OK so what is the most exciting lineup we can come up with even if we think some of the guys on the list MIGHT need another year down under. Add McDavid and a top free agent/trade and let's see if a tad bit of optimism can be brought back here next year. Moulson - McDavid - Ennis Girgensons - Reinhart - Armia Compher - Grigorenko - Gionta Foligno - Hodgson - Deslauriers crap, I give up.....

    Edmonton would actually make sense for a veteran center who would be surrounded by offensive talent. The Oil then maybe makes a trade with a younger guy, improves their team (hopefully) and we all win.
