    ChileanSeaBass Let me propose something I did for a winter car. Scour auto trader or local dealers and find a used 2012 Ford Fusion with about 20,000 miles on it and you still have original warranty on it and then add the premium ford extended warranty which will add another four years. These cars will be former rentals but you can find great deals and with the warranty your protected anyway. I bought the warranty on line at a greatly reduced price that local dealers couldn't/wouldn't touch. I would be happy to provide you further info if you want.

    Thanks guys. I wasn't clear on the recapture penalty. It's not that he's untradeable, he is a danger to us only then if he retires while on another team. He does have some value to me but he does a lot of things that drive me crazy too and I wouldn't mind cashing him for something up front. Hey Darcy, F You!

    Why? Or why not? I can see plenty of reason to trade him with some risk to the team that takes him. Agree that he is top 4 skill set and not likely going anywhere and personally think any buyout talk with him is a joke. But I would love to trade him.

    I was hoping he re signed because as bad as we are with him, I'm afraid of how very bad we will be without him. However I think if he was going to re sign it would have happened by now. Combine that with some of the comments from GMTM and you can see the writing on the wall. Time to pull the trigger on a deal. Wish him well and see if he wants to come back for his last two years in a back up role and be a participant of a cup run here. Thank you Ryan for all you have given us over the years. Best of luck with your new team and hope you win a cup.

    My seats are at the end of the rink we are at in the first and third period. I will very much miss miller. Over the years the dude has provided many saves that have caused the crowd to stand and applaud and hail MILLERRRRRRR!!!!!! I will really miss him.

    We also said that we weren't going to just let guys walk. The market is small so Miller should be moved asap then. It cant go both ways. We cant get what we want but we wont let him leave for nothing. Tick tock tick tock. One groin pull away from zero return. I am not suggesting moving Miller is easy but the teams involved at this point I would think have made their intentions known. Lets go! Seeing Moulson go down should be inspiration to put some emphasis on Miller.

    Just wanted to say to Foligno's Jock I think you did great work with how you made your point today. I know you didn't get ###### done at work though cause you were defending your position all day! Good job but you never answered my question in all of this an I think it will impact my decision on renewing season tickets at the time when you say we can easily work this deal. How much will the ###### beers cost in the arena when the salary cap hits $100 million dollars?

    GMTM I'm thinking we should act now with Miller, Erhoff, Tallinder, Ennis, McNabb, and anyone else you can move sooner rather than later. We cant afford to see assets hurt that we can otherwise move. Ott and Moulson I'm guessing are staying so you best get going on the rest please.

    Erhoff I believe is absolutely pissed at Tyler Myers for holding the Pittsburgh blue line trying to keep the puck in which resulted in a two on one on him with an empty net. I watched a few times and you can see him as he bangs his stick on the net and makes a motion to Tyler. Then bangs his stick again at the bench. I am not a big Hoff fan. In fact I could see him somewhere else but if my point is right, he had every reason to get pissed off. Why pinch when you have an empty net and leave the sole d man goin back facing a two on one? Kind of boneheaded actually. :wallbash:
