    Shat. I like Ted Nolan. I like Tim Murray. But GMs the boss so if Ted has to go he has to go. I'm thinking PLF didn't intend to stay on much longer anyways if his job at league offices was waiting for him. Seems odd. I would really like to see Ted Nolan get an honest shot though. 2 year contract with the kids would be fair.

    Foligno I could see. Ennis, sure why not. Myers if the return is good. TM has already said as much when he said he's listening to other GMs to see if we have anything they need. I'm thinking he's going through his sock drawer and checking for holes. Time to get some new socks.

    Well that really sukcs. From a feel good story to this ? I feel bad for T.N. in all of this because this really had become the little train that could in my books. Giant killers are always held in high regard and now they get knocked back a notch.

    I'm a rubbernecker passing an accident sight. I don't want to see the carnage but something inside of me compels me to have a little look. I'm actually enjoying the teardown because make no mistake about it the old group from management down just couldn't get it done. Out with the old in with the new. I've also despised Darcy Regier and his style for so long now that Tim Murray is a breath of fresh air. So lets do this and be done with it. 3 years goes by regardless if you're sitting on your hands or actually going through the steps that'll put you in a position to succeed. I've fully bought into the notion of short term pain for long term gain. Go Sabres !

    That would explain those eyes :blink: Not sure the boys can win this one. Not sure if I want them to. Adding giant killer to the resume has a nice ring to it and the way they've been playing I wouldn't be surprised but I'm not confident on this one. Anyhoo, GO SABRES !

    Seattles a great place and they have great fans. But I want that pick dammit ! I mentioned this a few weeks ago also and a few on the board thought it wouldn't happen in that timeframe but we all know if that beady eyed Bettman wants something done he'll get er done.

    Doug McLean said this past week that the Canucks are working on something big and it won't be players people would expect. Whatever that means ? He is considered an insider but how reliable his information is is anybodies guess. I could see them shaking things up. They've been in a season long funk. Maybe something with the Rangers ?
