I'm reading ' Smoking, Curing and Drying ' the complete guide for meat and fish. by Turan T. Turan I want to make a hot smoker with an old 4 drawer file cabinet and this book has some great suggestions on how to do that as well as cold smokers etc. Looking to start smoking fish mostly as I can't get enough of that shite but I also want to smoke cheese and anything else I can think of. Experiment really. Its interesting.

My take if you need an energy drink ,Monster/red bull etc either you're not getting enough sleep or your diet is lacking some basic nutrients. I'm 50 and I've never needed a boost. The kids now days live for this shite. Its all programming . Red Bull did it smart through their adrenalin sports ads. Sucked them right in. I do wish I had invested in Monster early though.

Not sure if its been covered but Ray Ferraro used Miller as an example when he said there's no reason miller at 170 should be wearing the same size pants as Price who's 215 and Miller took exception. It didn't sound like Ray was calling out Miller just using it as an example. Interesting take. Miller said he has a right to protect himself but you can measure my gear any time sort of thing.

That was awesome N'eo. I grew up in a small logging town and when I got into the heads as a teen all my buddies kind of looked at me like wtf has gotten into you ? Soon that groove kind of spread through the whole group. You can't deny it.

You know what ? As much as I don't like Yeichel I think Ricks earned the right to call it how he sees fit. The man is a living legend in my eyes. Who am I to tell him he's doing it wrong. I'm grateful he's still making the calls.
