I’ve pretty much checked out . Can’t say I’m excited for any Sabres game already this early in the season. I want this team to figure it out so bad. The only way they will lure me back in is with wins. When they put winning in the present ahead of all other pursuits I will get excited. Until then FUTP.

If this scenario plays out TP will have his fingers all over it so nothing would surprise me …Wait! Success would surprise me.

Just got back from Athens, Santorini and Istanbul. Loved it.

As far as the game goes for me personally all of the positive feel good gonna slay the dragon drivel we heard pre season is gone. We essentially look like the same team with a different bottom 6. Totally outplayed. Levi had a good game. Can’t say the same for anyone else in the forward ranks. On to the next one I suppose.🤷🏻‍♂️

Been all thru Spain. Its Europe so likely the same in Italy. Pickpockets. They work in teams and are very good at targeting people and creating diversions. Me and my kin were targets multiple times but luckily they were never successful. Also the young girls with infants. They will approach saying’ the baby, the baby, the poor starving baby.’ Go around the corner and there’s another one. Drove me nuts. Also near churches or cathedrals old women will try to place a flower in your hand and if you take it they will cause a big scene that you owe her money. Anyways enjoy.

Ruff took the job on the condition that the makeup of the roster would include capable veterans with playoff experience. Many on the board have been asking for the same for a while now. You can only achieve so much with kiddies and vets beyond their usefullness. IMO.

I’m a diehard Sabres fan and have been for 50 years. The Sabres would be on my NMC. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere near a team with the Sabres ownership or with a management that continually points to the future as the time to expect wins. Pegula continually hires newby gm’s and for players,careers are short. Its a disaster and everyone within the league as well as fans know it. Sure, Tuch wants to be there but he’s an exception.

If I could possibly blame this on Terry Pegula I would.
