Yeahhhh Western Conference Finals. Go Knights Go

All this talk about how good Rinne is too damn funny, guy hasn’t won and is overrated.

This is exactly what I have been telling people. I still think Buffalo was the best team that year until the defensive core was decimated by injuries and the loss of Tim Connolly who was playing unbelievably.

Looking forward to seeing Dahlin in a Buffalo uniform. Maybe he can motivate Alex Nylander as well. This team can only go up in the standings. Couple of offseason moves and this team could and I say could be a wildcard team. Yep, I remember watching Housley as a kid growing up in Buffalo. We got rid of so many players way before they could reach their potential during the 80’s.

I have season seats here in Vegas and this team is impressive. What people don’t get they have had great success in judging talent. They have a young defense core and the veterans on this team have been outstanding. Perron, Neal, Fleury and especially Engelland and Bellemare have been great for this team. I cannot tell you how important Engelland and Bellemare have been. I am just amazed at how Columbus didn’t see what I see at practice with William Karlsson. The guy is impressive and then you throw in the blunder that Florida did by letting a 30 goal guy go in Jonathan Marchessault and trading Reilly Smith. We watch these guys in practice daily and they are solid players. Then you add in Minnesota letting Haula and former first rounder Tuch go for next to nothing then you wonder why Fletcher was let go. During rookie development camp Tuch was here and took part with the three first rounders we had picked and all three first rounders stood out especially Suzuki and Branstrom. And I didn’t even mention Cody Glass who look much better in training camp. I have been very impressed at the scouting of this team. They are good because of their eye for talent. This teams management has a great eye for talent. The only blunder so far is the Tatar trade. I think McPhee panicked because he was so focused on Erik Karlsson and when that deal fell through made that move on a whim.

I love the fact this team will finally get a franchise defenseman but they need to find some gems in these other rounds. You want to be a good team then you have to produce some players in the rest of the draft. Part of the reason why Buffalo is where they are at.

I like O’Reilly but his skating isn’t the greatest. Luckily he has a strong work ethic. Only thing he is payed pretty high for what he brings to the table.

What happens if Buffalo loses lottery and picks 3rd or 4th? Then what? I’m hoping the Sabres win the lottery but I’m not betting on it. What happens if Edmonton wins it again?

It all starts at the top with the GM and more importantly with the scouts, same goes for the Sabres as well. Then you wonder why both teams have had issues.

Kane that was dirty. These can go suck a dick. Demelo not giving up the puck at the end of the game to Neal who kept on asking for it was low. I lost all respect for San Jose after this game. Philly and Boston are still my 1 and 2. I just hope all these analysts keep doubting Vegas because they have been motivated all year by doubters. Everyone remembers the 06 Sabres who I thought were the best team until injuries decimated 4 of their top 6 defenseman and Tim Connelly. This is exactly how Vegas has played all year. Only difference is they have more depth on defense and on offense. We shall see how this all plays out. I think you have a lot of players that have a lot to prove and they are playing hard for each other.

Besides Big Buff their Defense isn’t that great. Let’s face it Myers hasnt been good since his Calder year.

Thank Florida and Minny. You can thank Florida and Minny. Florida gave up Smith and Marchessault which if Florida would have kept them they make the playoffs. Minny gave us Haula who can fly and Tuch for next to nothing. If any of these teams should be mad it should be based on what your GM and scouts failed to see in these players everyday at practice. One thing people don’t realize is the chemistry that Vegas has these players all play and they all get along with one another. Chemistry is huge on teams.

Yes Vegas is really that good! I’m at the game and have watched this team all season.

Wow, typical Buffalo fans. Who knows with any of these QB’s. I always say if the player you like is on the board and you really like him you do what it takes to move up and grab him. They weren’t suppose to make the playoffs this year and they did. Credit the GM and coaching staff for that. I have more faith in this staff then the previous staffs. Give them time.

When they came to Vegas those were absolutely the worst fans I have ever seen. I thought Boston fans were but Philly fans take it to a whole nother level.

We can really thank two teams. Florida and Minnesota for giving us 4 solid players for next to nothing. Marchessault and Smith came from Florida. How do you let a 30 guy go? And then you trade Smith for I believe a third rounder. Both have been great. Then Haula and Alex Tuch come from Minnesota. Haula has tons of speed and Tuch a former first rounder had for practically nothing.

I live in Vegas and the community just loves this team. Even Brad May just admitted that in all his years in hockey the atmosphere in T mobile is the best he has ever seen. I don’t know how far this team can go but this is one hell of a team and every player has contributed. This is what a team should look like. They remind me of the Sabres after the lockout and the only thing that stopped that team was injuries. I still think if Buffalo wasnt decimated by injuries they would have beat Carolina and Edmonton. Luckily Vegas has depth everywhere.

Tell me about it. I was at game 1 and 2 and this team has been very exciting to watch. This is what a team should look like. Great coaching and they use every single player on this roster. Everyone and I mean everyone has played for them this season. If you lived here and know what this teams means to this city you would like them as much as every transplant that has moved here. I’m still a Sabres fan but they are not my number 1 anymore since I no longer live there and have lived in Vegas longer now. I don’t know how far this team will go but everybody here that I know that has come from all other hockey cities and that were fans of other teams now root for the Knights now. As far as Vegas getting the Raiders I don’t want to have anything to do with that team. Will still be a Bills fan and will watch them when they come to Vegas. Love Nate Schmidt. Besides being a very personable he has one awesome personality. Plus if you have season seats and have the chance to watch him all season he’s been paired against other teams first lines and has played great. I would almost guarantee that if he played like this on Washington he would have never been exposed. Big fan of Nate Schmidt.

Let’s get one thing straight. If Jack ever decides to turn it on each game he’s going to dominate.
