This team is absolutely brutal to watch. These players are lost. Upper Management has no clue on how to put this team together. And all the talk about Gallant. He’s not gonna be the answer to this shitshow. So please stop with any Gallant talk.

This contract is a killer. Nobody is gonna take on that contract. Absolutely brutal signing.

So how do you fix this mess called the Buffalo Sabres? This team is practically unwatchable. Miller and Eakin who I have seen first hand in Vegas look like they are even lost. Skinner and Okposo with 15 million tied up between them should have never happened. Their is no way this team should be right against the Cap with this current squad of garbage. I like Ralph as an individual but I think his system isn’t working and these players look lost. Adams has some tough decisions ahead. Eichel and Hall haven’t even come to the tandem we all thought they might become. If I’m Hall I’m gone at the end of the season.

I don’t know why you think RK won’t get canned. As the coach this squad hasn’t done *****. You have a 9 million dollar player playing with 3rd and 4th liners! Kyle Okposo for 6 million hasn’t done *****. RK needs to find a way to get something out of these two. In all honesty both of these contracts are terrible. Hall will probably walk at the end of this season as will Staal which neither have really done much.

The paragraph about the culture is spot on. It’s pathetic this team. I agree, as I think he might be part of the problem with this team. He looks unmotivated this year when he needs to lead.

I would offer Mitts, Hutton and a 2nd

I’m in Vegas and the talk about Miller coming back to Vegas from Buffalo isn’t gonna happen. VGK is right up against the cap and they have some young defenseman that are ready to step in. I know Sabres really need a goalie and their is talk about Fleury eventually getting moved but I highly doubt it. Owner Bill Foley probably isn’t going to let that happen plus Fleury is still playing well. I know who the Sabres should go after for goaltending and that is Darcy Kuemper. Seen him a lot the last couple seasons and he’s keeps the Coyotes in these games. If I’m Buffalo I pull the trigger on him.

Yeah me to but I’m not getting my hopes up. City of Buffalo is cursed and both teams find new and creative ways to lose.

This is the reason why I can never get excited about this Bills team. In big games they either find new and creative ways to lose or they don’t show up.

As a fan of both teams. We don’t want Miller back. Just giving people a heads up. If Vegas trades Fleury they are gonna want a team to take most of Fleury’s salary.

I don’t really think Dahlin is that great of a defenseman. Yes, he has moves and offensive skill but he really needs work on his defensive game. Yeah I know he’s young but we need to see improvement and it hasn’t been there.

This team is a mess. Look at my post above. Besides having way too many offensive defensemen on this team, Hutton isn’t a good goalie, Eichel looks unmotivated as the leader on the ice. Him and Ristolainen are gonna want out if this continues. This team has no toughness. It’s like players that go to Buffalo don’t know how to play hockey anymore. Miller and Eakin who I seen play here in Vegas have gotten worse since leaving. All I can say is that what is going on with this team is unacceptable.

I’m starting to think that Eichel might be the problem with this team. Their is no denying he’s talented but maybe he’s an issue in the dressing room as far as leading this team. He’s been floating a lot and for someone that has a potent shot he sure isn’t shooting. ***** we had a great two way player in O’Reilly here and he lost his love for hockey in Buffalo? Come on something doesn’t add up. I like Ralph Krueger but it’s looking more like the same old *****. I live in Vegas and have watch Miller and Eakin in the two seasons we had them and both have gotten worse since leaving the Golden Knights. Another thing I would like to point out on Buffalo’s defense is besides Ristolainen they lack solid tough stay at home defensemen. Way to many puck movers in my opinion. You can’t have 5-6 offensive defensemen on your team and if you look at them all closely that’s what they are with Risto moving kinda into the solid stay at home tough d-man. I’m not sure what this team is gonna do but it surely is looking like another bottom 5 finish and a lot of players are gonna want out. To me this is unacceptable to be this bad for this long.

Staal looks done to me. Way too slow

One thing this defense is missing is a tough stay at home guy. It seems like they have way too many offensive defenseman. Even Miller when he was on Vegas was an offensive defenseman. They need some toughness on the backend and they need to put Skinner on a different line. Paying Skinner that much not to be in your top 6 is just plain foolish. That contract is gonna Haunt this team for years to come.

He’s a great skater. Looks like he will be a good defenseman when he reaches Buffalo

Caufield is like Pat Kane

Krebs has been solid. I think that injury he got before being drafted made him fall. I know he was rehabbing and training with Gary Roberts. I have been impressed with all 4 Sabres prospects out there. Johnson is a great skater and looks pretty smooth. Cozens is gonna be on the Sabres this year. Man is Cozens good. I love JJ Peterka as I feel they got a solid player and a very good skater. Quinn seems like he’s getting better but what is nice is he’s defensively responsible. Sabres fans should finally be excited. One thing that I can’t believe is people are already writing off Casey Mitts but they rushed him up too quickly and hopefully we see improvement out of him. I think it’s too early to give up on him.

Casey and Dylan are two totally different players. Dylan is a solid two way player with size and can really skate, plus he’s a leader. Casey has good offensive skill but lacks most of the other things that stand out for Dylan.

Sabres prospects looking good in this tournament. Hopefully their game translates into the nhl.

I really like what our prospects are showing at this tournament. Cozens looks like the real deal. Quinn looks solid and JJ definitely looks like a first rounder that slipped into the second round. Johnson looks like an excellent skater who is still on the up and up. Gotta keep drafting well as this is the best way to make the big club so much better. That and some smart trades that fit.
