The Bills look as bad in the blue-on-blue as the Sabres do in that Strange Brew reverse retro crap.

A similar problem Friday night, with the late power play. Pull the goalie! My evaluation of Granato is incomplete, but he isn’t getting an A.

What I'm talking about isn't a skill issue, though. It's an attitude that was missing last night. (It was there on Friday night, though.)

YES! This is what I saw.

The line already is offensive.

I watched the last ten minutes of the third period last night and I was disappointed in the effort. The team seemed scientific, even clinical, as it was chasing a tying goal. There was no passion. Meanwhile, I also watched Montreal search for a tying goal against LA, and the Canadiens were almost frantic. A similar story played out in Toronto, where the Flames and Leaves were tied late. That one looked like a Game Seven--both teams were on fire. What is up with these 2022-23 Sabres and why does it look like they have no passion or desperation?

I actually thought that penalty was legit--both in and of itself, and as a makeup call for the holding that was ignored about a minute earlier.

There's no way that Whiner Crosby would get two games for it. In any event, if Skinner gets some time to cool his heels, fine. I'm really angry about that move last night.

I don't think it does, but as I posted last night, it was selfish and it cost the Sabres a chance to come out of that game with two points. EDIT: Looks like he has a phone hearing. I've certainly seen worse action go without suspension, but if he gets a game or two, I'm fine with it (except it does reinforce the league's complete inconsistency).

Revenge needed. And Skinner needs to sit down and shut up.

All I can say about this (and I know I'm late to the party): Skinner cost the team the opportunity for two points. He owes the team, SabreSpace, all of Buffalo, and probably the entire Metro Division (which suffered from the Pens' win) an apology.

Mine, too. RJ was incredible at describing a game, IMO.

I'd like to see Anderson tonight and UPL tomorrow. I think Crolkin might be too much for UPL. Take the two at home.

I'm sorry. I wrote Mittelstadt off immediately after the combine and I haven't seen any reason to move on from that position. Just get rid of him and get someone better already.
