We have too many offensive defensemen. They’re fine in supporting an offense that’s 13th in goals scored, but when goals against has you ranked 23rd, you’re not going to win a lot. I’m sick of watching games like today where an opponent has an easy goal alone right in front of the net. If Power is not going to use his hulk of a body, he’s worthless. The offense of 2 seasons ago was fun to watch , despite still not being enough to make the playoffs. Last year’s team was not fun at all to watch. This team is about in the middle of the two. Sometimes there’s enough offense to be in and win some games and be entertaining. Other times, being dominated offensively and defensively is not entertaining.

Yeah, on ESPN+ there was definitely no 5 second delay for editing. It was funny because you hear him and there’s a few second delay before Dun comments on what happened.

Yeah, I switched to YouTube TV when NFL Sunday Ticket moved there from Direct TV. At the time, the rate for YouTube was about half of what it was for Directv. Since then, they’ve raised their rates twice. There was almost a blackout of CBS and Paramount, which happened frequently with Directv. Plus, yes, no NHL or MLB networks. Regarding ESPN+, I don’t understand your issue. You can select the broadcast of either team. Are you finding Dunleavey and Rob Ray as terrible?

The Sabres have now tied Colorado for the NHL lead with 16 empty net goals allowed! Hey, they lead in something! The record is 24 so I think they an do it. Keep giving up 2 in a game and it’ll be easy. When the announcer says UPL is going to the bench, does anybody else yell “NO!”?

Believe it or not they’re actually not leading the league yet. They’ve given up 14 now. Strangely, Colorado has given up the most with 16 and also scored the most ENG with 18.

And they give up yet another empty net goal! That is the 11th they’ve given up but, despite what I suspected, that is not the most as Colorado has given up 15. It just seemed that in every one goal game the Sabres have played lately, they’ve given one up and lose by 2.
