Im not convinced the brain trust is done on this front. No sense getting too upset about it just yet. If they go to training camp with the current crop, then I'll worry. I expect a trade.

This year and next are going to be even more important in Rochester if they are going to get the process rolling. There could potentially be several future Sabres down on the farm, jelling and learning to win together. Ideally UPL starts in Rochester and is able to establish himself, earn an AHL all star birth or something.

Oh yeah, Power and Dahlin as Allen and Diggs. I can dig it.

For the record, I don't think it's just lip service. I think GMKA is starting "The Process" like Beane did with the Bills. I'm choosing to let it play out a while before I get too judgemental about the success or failure of his plan. Now, can Dylan Cozens be for the Sabres what Josh Allen is for the Bills? If not, who?

Aaron Huglen should be in Rochester this season I believe

I'm not declaring him the next tough guy of the league, just someone who is willing and able if needed, and he is still "young" in terms of defensive development years IMO. He didn't look out of place on the NHL and handled himself well in the AHL so some team will give him an opportunity I don't necessarily think it'll be Buffalo though. I guess what I'm saying is I believe he'll be in the NHL next season for somebody.

Hes a big young guy who can beat someone's ass when needed and is highly unproven in the NHL. That doesn't mean he hasn't been effective in larger roles in the ahl and college. The guy has value, I'm betting more than you think.

His expertise is valuable since he's done surgeries like this in the past. Jacks Dr's would have an opportunity to pick his brain on the procedure and possibly come to a better understanding of it. I don't think he would default to the team, most surgeons when given the chance would perform the surgery, its what they do.

The Pegulas would never move the Bills but Jerry Jones would. There is a compromise to be made here on both sides and I think in the end it'll get done with a split of public, nfl and pegula money. I'm betting 20% nfl, 50% public and 30% pegula money when it's all said and done.

PSLs are just a money grab. I don't think they should be allowed. Fans pay enough for tickets and merchandise as it is.

Jones is driving the bus. He's greedy and tired of sharing profits with small market teams. The stadium is old and may have some issues but it's a great place to watch a game.

Good thing the Sabres hold all the cards then. If he's injured and can't play, they have insurance for that.
