I too was one lucky enough to see him play and remember we always were up on our feet when he picked up the puck behind the net andskated down the ice. Amazing.

Amen to that. When I was back in WNY all three kids begged for a snowblower. We got it! Never did get the garage door opener though. Personally, we'll get a very good coach who will want to coach the guys we have and those coming up. I disagree with playing the Sabres for fools. Babcock, if all I'm reading is somewhat true, played one against the other to get the best deal for himself. If reports are true the Sabres pulled the deal, well good for them. If they didn't, and Babcock went to TO after playing the one against another, then good for him and if that is the case I'm very happy he isn't a Sabre.

That is pretty cool. I don't remember that at all and as another oldster, born in 60, I watched the Sabres as much as I could. I think that would be such a cool thing to bring back for the team. Play the Sabre Dance and have them thrown into the nets between periods.
