Rempe is a bit of a sideshow but I’d trade Jokijarju or the forward equivalent plus some picks for him. He’s not a great player but he brings things no Sabres does.

Parayko is among the leagues worst contracts. The Blues would give him away. Someone mentioned trading a 2nd round pick for him. That might be an overpayment. 🤣

I just don’t think you can have a team of passengers. That’s what the Sabres are. I guess Dahlin might not be but I find him very hard to like. Just not my style of player. If they had a Tkachuk, Jenner, Doughty, Trouba, Larkin, someone of that ilk, I’d live with Dahlin’s game.

With him and Novikov in the org, they finally have some players with size that use it. But they can’t be expected to lead the way in that regard. They need players like Tkachuk & Trouba. Physical players that lead and other teams are leery of. The team also needs players that can drop the gloves. I’m not talking about Reeves or any one dimensional goons. Power forwards that stick up for teammates. Dmen that pounce on you if you look at the goalie sideways. Almost every good team has players like this. Buffalo does not.
