Yeah it just feels like buttholes like Cernak never get their justice. Year after year it’s the same guys doing the same things over and over. The punishment, on ice or off, is never enough. Not once have I seen a punishment where I thought. He’ll never do that again.

I don’t fu king care what the punishment will be. Fine, suspension. These guys make millions and would love a week vacation midseason. Until they start fining dudes 6 figures or give them the season off, it’ll never be enough.

I was uncomfortable when this was broached the first time. Okposo told Adams the team didn’t want outsiders to come help, and they wanted to figure it out in their own. Tons of flawed logic there. What if they can’t figure it out? What if they just don’t have the horses? Trying to rally around the boys is all well and good but if there are glaring needs (there definitely are), these guys will never be able to push them over the top.

It would be nice to have a distraction from wanting to set the world on fine after last night.

Why did you land on Will Butcher? A good college defenseman comparable? Just curious.

I watch every game. I plan my stupid life around the games. I’ll be watching but last night pushed me to the tank years level of despair. My interest is teetering on the ledge. Another garbage game may push me over.

Nothing is happening with the roster this season. It’ll be in the summer as you said, just not the summer you thought it would.
