right on--buffalo is better off struggling with a real prospect(not EJ) vs being the predictable 8-8 or 9-7 with a horribly frustrating journeyman. and don't anyone mention Jay looksandactsandperformslikehesonheavydrugs Cutler. I would give it 4-5 weeks before that turned into a disaster.

nope. before the lotto the last place team has a 100% SHOT at Eichel and an~ 20% SHOT at McDavid. After the lotto they still have a 100% shot at eichel. They have either a 0% or 100% shot at McDavid after the lotto.

...Winnipeg also has a larger population than Boston,St Louis,Pittsburgh etc.But of course that is meaningless because their city population covers 98% of their metro population. Winnipeg is really smaller than Albany or Syracuse and much smaller than Rochester. That said--Buffalo is also very much a fishbowl like Winnipeg .
