Orton being gone will hurt slightly next year but will assist in the long run. EJ is not an NFL starter. Better that the Bills are forced to confront reality. Cutler,Sanchez....If we get either then its more wasted yrs for this joke franchise. Clean up the mess Terry.-Spend $ on top football people...not people who needlessly trade away #1s or draft 5th round QBs in the 1st.

IF it was Whaleys decision to draft EJ(which everyone under the sun exc for the Bills knew not to do) then compounds the mistake by giving up a 1st for Sammy in a superrich WR draft then he needs to go. Those moves crippled the Bills for the foreseeable future .

We can chew gum and think at the same time. Orton is awful AND it is plain to see that Hackett is awful. I knew the Bills were gonna blow it today. so thankfully I made other plans. I heard it was another slomo train wreck.

Cutler is no better than orton overall. And this is with Cutler possessing vastly superior arm strength and athleticism. -A Cutler signing would put the exclamation point on decades of dumb decisions by the Buffalo Bills. Yes he will look great for a game or two before driving everyone completely insane.

Let the team learn to work together and learn how to win. Its working right now. Then trade stafford and do a few other necc moves and see what happens. 4th or 5th worst still gives a decent lottery chance. -

we were never really in the game. orton really beomes a petunia when the bills offense is mildly threatening the other team --I AM using the bars--must be my computer put orton on the broncos they are maybe 6-7 this yr

I think the early 90s were not even close. They were why we lost all those SBs. You had Bruce and 2 very avg undersized players. Huge mistake by Polian(or cheapo Ralph behind the scenes) getting rid of Smerlas We had a 265 lb nose tackle for the SB u ps-seals was on the 88 team

may not be the best D line in 50 yrs...but it is in the discussion. The 1988 line with Smerlas, a young Bruce,Art Still......-The 64-65 Bills Dunaway,Sestak,McDole,Day...-The 98-99 Bills with an aging Bruce, Fat TED in his PRIME(the greatest runstopper in the history of the universe)..and that other fat guy .

Whaley...If a man A)doesn't bother looking at game film of his #1 draft choice QB or B) Ignores what everyone else including his old coach or anyone with eyesight who watched FSU said about EJ -yet till goes ahead and cripples the franchise with that pick.... needs to go So 2 first round picks thrown in the garbage and still no QB:Wasting our best D line in 50 yrs. -
