We'll know after game 3.
-
This is one those of patented puzzling Panthers playoff performances where they play so bad it makes you wonder how they got there. They're always good for at least a few of those games each season.
-
That PP was good even though they didn't score. It may be the turning point. Marchand with the face rub before the commercial was gold. Yikes. Maybe not. Bad Bob, bad.
-
If the Sabres are going to use a first round pick as part of a trade package this is the year to do it. The pick's placement and our "young core" make it eminently justifiable: if Adayms doesn't use it as a trade piece then that should be the last straw of the last straws.
-
Yeah, not the start I expected, but Toronto is pushing in the first period of game 1 at home. And, right, add bad Bob to that and this is what you get. The adjustment from Florida weather to a Canadian spring is more jarring as one gets older.
-
Maybe this is the inflection point the Sabres need.

It'll be a great excuse to go for the meanest player available, even if he ain't a legit first round pick. #GO.FOR.BROKE.KEVYN

You can count on the Canes and Panthers to deliver playoff games worth watching. Especially the Panthers these past three seasons.

At least for 20 minutes. Oops!

The first four games of this Leafs/Sens series were pretty good but neither team looks like they want it tonight.
-
I so appreciate the Bill's ability to pick humble, appreciative kids with quality personalities. They make liking the team easy.
-
I have to admit, I was hoping Toronto would sweep. Alas. Their skill is fun to watch and their ability to enter the zone is admirable. They're still going to get physically crushed by any other team in the east.
-
It's the first few games of the first round. The games I have watched have been sufficiently physical and interesting. I have not watched a boring game yet.

Will never happen. Dunleavy has the evidence. -

I have been warned and suspended for posts and images far, far, far, far less provocative than that. That's simply tasteless and offensive. -

Those helmets. Anyway, that could have challenged for offside if it weren't for the interference. -

Just wait until the Senators go on a losing streak and/or wait until Cozens has to fight or contribute meaningfully to a scrum.

If I were Newport Sports and I were tired of the Sabres tainting the league generally, and specifically reducing flexibility for them (Newport Sports) to conduct their business (trades, UFA contracts), and more specifically impacting the careers of their clients (ie. delaying the most lucrative contracts possible by stunting careers), and, finally, also tired of hearing how unhappy individual clients are, I would plant a rumour just like this with the objectives: to get KA to actually do something. to embarrass TP so that he does something. in the long term to get KA fired hoping that TP will hire someone competent. to get the attention of the league so that the league may in some league-way intervene behind the scenes about the tire fire in Buffalo. Using Dahlin for this tactic is easy because Dahlin has his contract.

Please let it be both.
