This is me. At 19, holy moly, I could not get up before 10 am to save my life, and I was poor and had awful paying, boring jobs. I am an evening person through and through. I simply can't think that this is any more of an issue than being young and foolish. The dude will be late to practice again. How late is late for these guys? It's kind of ridiculous when they play games later in the evening, and then travel into the night, to get all hung up on being late for an 8 am fricking team meeting once in a while.

How would y'all rate the schedule going down the stretch? I would think right now is probably the easiest stint, no? Come next month, the race for the play-offs should make the games harder, at least against those teams out of the top 8 in the CHL.

That's the thing, Murray wants this team to be a bear to play against. He's going all Western conference on us, which is a good...great...thing. Myers isn't tough to play against, but he is a good defender with offensive up side. Bogo is tough to play against, is probably a better defender based on his near perfect positioning (which Myers definitely does not have), and, did I see an attempt to slide the puck through the legs to get a shot on goal down the middle? I did, and I never saw Myers do that. Myers offense comes from speeding down the wing and cutting across to the net, usually, and also from point shots. If he is allowed to play that game, he does a good job with it. I don't think that kind of game is what Murray wants out of his defense routinely.

After being able to watch Bogosian for a few games now, I'm over whatever ill I had for this trade. Bogosian straight up for Myers seems totally worth it. I'm also alright with the goods given up for Kane even if he doesn't live up 100% to the hype.
