He actually said it “would have been” (I’m no body language expert, but it’s the only time in the video he crosses his arms and squirms a bit.) Almost like there was no list (well, we know that there wasn’t?), and he can say whatever he wants to now to justify his actions. I do agree, though, that it wasn’t a purely Because Buffalo thing. It doesn’t make me like him any more, knowing that a) he said we would even be on the list and b) the scene here wasn’t enough to change his mind.

For all we know, Buffalo may not even have been on his list, and it’s just a convenient excuse for him to use after the fact.

I might agree with this if they were still losing. At the time he left, they were at the top of the NHL standings. He loved what he had in St. Louis and someone pulled the rug out from underneath him. It’s perfect that St. Louis won it all last year. It would be even more perfect if the Sabres won it all this year. Yes I’m bitter. He can suck it.

Finally got to watch this game. What fun! Other than how they called the two hits on the QBs (incorrectly, btw) I thought the officiating was pretty (very) good. And I can defend those calls based on the fact that running QBs just don't get the benefit of the doubt in those situations. They were still wrong, though. Glad it didn't effect the outcome. Josh is a gamer. I'm a fan. Great block by Brown on Josh's TD run,… great block ***** Jerry Jones. ***** the Cowboys. Go Bills!!!!

I love hockey. I love the Sabres. I am furious that they give me no reason to watch them The Tampa game broke me. This game gave me peace. Thank, God for NHL.TV.
