I understand but it's not like if someone gets fired that you know that sucked at his job and an internal email is sent out saying "that POS is gone, have a great day". I think it's targeted more on the hiring than the firing but it's still a kick in the ass on the way out the door. The sad part is those are usually the guys that get the promotions or are already near the top.

I played in a adult league for a few years. Got a cheap 50 dollar pair of nike bauers, bottom of the line. They held up well but hurt by the time i was done playing the game. Upgraded to a pair of Vapor 16's, though still low-mid ranged skates, kept their edge for a good amount if time and didn't hurt (about 150).

I was at that game. Wife was yapping my ear off not even watching when he did that. Luckily I'm good at tuning her out.
