The NHLPA knows that some teams are losing money. They've shown to make the teams viable the owners need to increase revenue sharing from $150-million to $260-million for next season. The owners offered up $190 million. Teams like the Leafs only pay 10% of revenue to revenue sharing. They should be up @ 30% to make it work. It needs to be changed or we'll be right back here in 5-6 years.

Salary dispute arbitrators are chosen from the National Academy of Arbitrators. Would make sense I guess to use the same pool.
